Brunch has always been a favorite time for our family to entertain guests in our home, especially during the wetter months. Everyone is feeling fresh and excited for company and the energy is high as the chef writes out his menu of the day. Caleb likes to not only set a beautiful table, but take orders on the paper receipt book as well. This morning, Ayla, plays along in the waitress costume, but prefers mostly to dance for us. Short order grill items are made by the junior chef on the stove top with some help from sous chef MaMa and delivered by the chef himself. The specialty drinks are our favorite kid's coffee with cream and powered matcha tea. The check is calculated by the chef and delivered with a sweet smile. Hint Hint, he likes tips and huggs.
