Purim Fun

We welcomed Purim into our home and hearts this weekend with a carnival topped with an outdoor full moon fire dancing performance. What fun we had making the MOST delectable hamantachen cookies EVER. This recipe was our fore into almond flour and proved to be a very special treat. Thanks to our dearest pals, EJ and Big D, for a super great weekend and lots of help in the kitchen. And of course, Elana's Pantry, for her Purim Roundup recipes. I also tried her sesame truffles which made some beautiful smiles really big. Check out her food blog and her passover story if you don't know it already.

Love love catching a glimpse of that sweet Evie girl, in all of her kitchen assistance glory. Thank you Rachel!
