We began our new years with a lovely hike on the coast with dear friends and our pups. Feeling so full of spirit and incredibly blessed to have an adorable husband/ best friend/love of my life, two adorable children and supportive family and friends who never cease to provide me with unconditional love and support. May we all be vibrant in good health, see beauty in all living things, make our children feel like the outdoors is their home, eat lots of organic and locally grown home made food and create lots of things with our hands together. LOVE LOVE LOVE to you all.

love the peace dove...i love felted animals and their sweet little magical spirit! im so thankful for the medicinal herb teas that tone our immune systems during the cold season!
